When you open this jar of eucalyptus honey, you join us in the Atlantic forest landscapes of Morocco, between Kenitra, Essaouira, and Oualidia, where eucalyptus trees offer bees a powerful, woody, and deeply aromatic nectar.

Origin

Our eucalyptus honey is harvested from eucalyptus flowers in several Moroccan regions, notably around Kenitra as well as along the Atlantic coast between Essaouira and Oualidia.

These regions give rise to a honey with a bold character, particularly prized for its aromatic depth and unique personality. Foraging on eucalyptus flowers gives it vegetal and woody notes that fully reflect its terroir of origin.

As with the rest of our range, this honey is harvested with special attention paid to respecting the hives and the quality of the product: no antibiotics and no added sugar, in accordance with natural beekeeping practices.

Color & taste

Our eucalyptus honey has a light brown color, sometimes deeper depending on the terroir, the flowering, and the harvest period.

On the palate, it is a honey of character, with a woody, warm, and persistent flavor. It reveals vegetal notes, sometimes slightly minty or balsamic, which provide a pleasant sensation of freshness.

Expressive, powerful, and balanced, eucalyptus honey appeals with its unique aromatic personality and its ability to accompany breakfasts as well as hot drinks or gourmet preparations.

The qualities of our Eucalyptus Honey

In the Moroccan tradition, eucalyptus honey is particularly appreciated for its tonic nature and comforting sensation. Its aromatic richness also makes it a sought-after honey for daily well-being.

  • A comforting honey: appreciated especially in hot drinks to soothe the throat and provide a pleasant sensation during winter periods.
  • A honey with a vegetal character: its woody, balsamic, and slightly minty notes offer a fresh and persistent taste experience.
  • An everyday ally: it can complement a balanced diet and naturally provide a source of energy.
  • Natural richness: like other honeys, it naturally contains various compounds derived from flower nectar.
  • A terroir honey: its origin between the eucalyptus forests and the Moroccan Atlantic landscapes gives it a deeply unique aromatic identity.
"A powerful and aromatic honey, born between the eucalyptus forests and the Atlantic landscapes of Morocco, where each harvest reveals the unique character of its terroir."
