Multifloral pollen grains are one of the most complete treasures of the hive: small pellets collected by bees from various flowers, then brought back to the colony as an essential source of protein and nutrients. Harvested by the beekeeper, multifloral pollen concentrates the botanical diversity of the blooms foraged by the bees.

Origin

Multifloral pollen comes from several species of flowers, which gives it a natural richness and a composition that varies according to the seasons, the regions, and the plants visited by the bees. This floral diversity makes it a particularly interesting product from a nutritional standpoint, with a wide range of vitamins, proteins, amino acids, minerals, and antioxidants.

As with the rest of our range, these pollen grains are offered with a focus on naturalness and respect for the bees' work.

Appearance and taste

Pollen grains come in the form of small granules of varied colors, from yellow to brown, sometimes darker depending on the flowers foraged. Their texture is slightly crunchy, with a dry outer shell and a softer center.

In the mouth, multifloral pollen offers a vegetal, floral, and slightly honeyed taste, sometimes with a slight bitterness depending on the botanical origin. It is a raw, living product that directly expresses the diversity of the flowers foraged.

Benefits

Our multifloral pollen grains are traditionally valued for:

  • Supporting vitality thanks to their natural richness in proteins, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals;
  • Supporting natural defenses and general well-being;
  • Promoting digestive comfort and nutritional balance.

Usage tips

Multifloral pollen is generally consumed as a dietary supplement, preferably in the morning. It can be taken on its own, chewed well, or mixed into honey, yogurt, applesauce, juice, or a little water.

For an adult, common usage suggests approximately 15 to 20 g per day, with the option to start with small quantities and then increase gradually.
